U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers of the 7247th Medical Support Unit, Fort Sill, Oklahoma, collaborated with New York Air National Guard and U.S. Navy Reserve service members to provide free healthcare services and support for the local community of Covelo, California as part of the Innovative Readiness Training program, June 12-25, 2023. IRT is a joint-service military training program that amalgamates real-world training environments with medical, construction, transportation, emergency planning and other provisions to U.S. communities and territories.
