Eighth Army held a change of responsibility ceremony at the Wightman Noncommissioned Officer Academy on Camp Humphreys, Republic of Korea, Aug. 8, 2023. Command Sgt. Maj. Robert Cobb, command sergeant major assigned to Eighth Army, relinquished responsibility as the unit’s senior enlisted advisor to Command Sgt. Maj. Robin Bolmer.
