NAVSUP WSS hosts the 91st International Customer User Group at Naval Support Activity, Philadelphia on 6 and 7 September, 2023.
The ICUG is a quarterly tri-service led Foreign Military Sales Partner meeting which has been in place for 20 years.
The ICUG was established to serve as a primary working level forum for international partners to recommend and request the development of new Foreign Military Sales policies, processes, logistical and financial system capabilities.
The ICUG includes representatives across the Security Cooperation community including NAVSUP WSS Security Assistance Foreign Representatives, Security Assistance Liaison Officers from the United States Army Security Assistance Command, Foreign Liaison Officers from the Air Force Security Assistance Center, and Washington D.C. Embassy personnel.
