SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico — Just days after Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) San Juan executed 37 of 42 arrest warrants as part of Operation Youngblood on Sept. 22, Jonathan Yadriel Negron, Manuel Angel Torres-Perez Jr., Jacier Collazo-Cruz, Norma Iris Cintron-Pino, Jonathan Montano-Menendez and Maria De Los Angeles Candelario-Rosa turned themselves in. Authorities also seized seven firearms tied to Montano-Mendez.
