EagleCash is an advance of funds from a basic trainees' paycheck that is loaded onto a card for use by the basic trainee to purchase essentials once they arrive at basic military training. This program eliminates the need to issue each individual cash while significantly reducing manpower associated with cash distribution, keeps the trainees money secure throughout training, and is intended for future use once the service member graduates and eventually deploys.
