U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District, gives a tour to students from Morgan State University City of Poplar Island, MD, Nov. 25, 2023. Students toured the island, met with the project manager, and learned how dredged material from the Baltimore harbor and channels are used to rebuild a previously eroded island and restore ecosystem functions.
