EOD Safety Stand-Down occurs annually in November and serves to provide Airmen with time off to refocus on the importance of safety, awareness, and leadership. This year, EOD Safety Stand-Down focuses on the following primary lessons: Threat Assessment Mindset, Risk Assessment, Intensive Munitions & Explosives, and EOD Culture.
Airmen are encouraged to use this day as an opportunity to take a step back and reflect on how to build a resilient, cohesive culture to successfully prepare for the next fight.
