U.S. Marines participate in a variety of jungle survival courses over a six-day period during a basic jungle skills course at Jungle Warfare Training Center, Okinawa, Japan, Oct. 10-15, 2023. The course provides Marines with 3d Battalion, 5th Marines the opportunity to train tactical movements throughout the jungle, enabling them to develop an understanding of time-space requirements for movements and to engineer natural meeting engagements to facilitate jungle planning considerations. 3d Battalion, 5th Marines is currently forward deployed in the Indo-Pacific under 4th Marine Regiment, 3d Marine Division. The music contained in this video is sourced from DeWolfe under a III Marine Expeditionary Force license. (U.S. Marine Corps video by Cpl. Noah Masog)
