Presentation at the Military Libraries Virtual Training Summit, 12-15 September 2023. Happy Mail and Artist Trading Cards are coming to the DoD library patrons. Join us for a discussion on creating
art based on junk journaling techniques, collage, painting, and drawing. Artist Trading Cards and Happy Mail will
be created by patrons. Akin to a pen pal program, patrons will be given addresses of other patrons to share their
artwork and to receive artwork. Free DoD library resources will be featured.
