Soldiers from the 2nd Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division and Republic of Korea Army’s 9th Infantry, perform military operations in urban terrain (MOUT) training as part of Ulchi Freedom Shield 23, Aug. 23, 2023, Pocheon, South Korea. The annual exercise is designed to strengthen the combined defense posture and Alliance response capabilities based on scenarios that reflect diverse threats within the security environment.
