The Coast Guard Cutter Calhoun, named after Master Chief Petty Officer Charles Calhoun and the Coast Guard’s 10th national security cutter, moored at the pier at Naval Station Mayport, Florida, Dec. 1, 2023. The Calhoun is scheduled for commissioning in 2024 and will be homeported in Charleston, South Carolina, joining cutters Hamilton, James and Stone.
