Jason Kranz, chief staff officer, Naval Base Ventura County (NBVC), upon arrival to Point Mugu, Dec. 1. NBVC is a strategically located Naval installation composed of three operating facilities: Point Mugu, Port Hueneme and San Nicolas Island.
