Members from the 341st Civil Engineer Squadron Readiness and Emergency Management flight hosted training for fire, security forces and local Office of Special Investigations personnel at Malmstrom Air Force Base, Montana, to demonstrate their chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear response capabilities.
Enlisted emergency management specialists (3E9X1) are trained for response and recovery operations anywhere in the world, whether it’s for a natural disaster or man-made CBRN incident.
Qualifications for this career field include a 62 General ASVAB score, a high school diploma/GED/15 college semester hours, normal color vision, the ability to speak distinctly, the possession of a valid state driver’s license, and no record of claustrophobia.
