Vertical BROLL: Airmen from the 437th Airlift Wing conducted a mass training day this week to refocus and discuss best practices. The training consisted of classroom briefings, followed by hands-on training that afternoon on the flightline. Crew chiefs and loadmasters stepped through airfield flush checklists, learning each other’s responsibilities in an effort to make the team more multi-capable. (U.S. Air Force video by Staff Sgt.
