As the 27th Special Operations Wing Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility advisor, Smith fosters a culture of inclusion, establishing several barrier analysis working groups, like the upcoming Black/African-American Employment Strategy Team. He ensures the #SteadfastLine draws on the unique experiences and perspectives of every Air Commando to generate solutions for the Joint Force's most sensitive challenges.
