Soldiers with the 2nd Amphibious Rapid Deployment Regiment, Japan Ground Self-Defense Force engage in tactical combat casualty care training alongside U.S. Marines and U.S. Navy Corpsmen with the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit during TCCC training for Iron Fist 24 at Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan, Feb. 27, 2024. An effective preventative measure for mishaps is training, ensuring our service members are prepared to operate under any circumstances and in any training environment.
