U.S. Army 1st Lt. Chandler Higgins, a rocket systems platoon leader, discusses the M142 High Mobility Artillery Rocket System and participation in a static display event observing NATO week in Johvi, Estonia, March 28, 2024. Higgins is the officer in charge of troops and weapons systems with 4th Battalion, 133rd Field Artillery Regiment, Texas Army National Guard, supporting 3rd Infantry Division. Higgins’ unit joined the Estonia Defense Forces and other allies to showcase camaraderie and unity among NATO forces. The 3rd Infantry Division’s mission in Europe is to engage in multinational training and exercises across the continent, working alongside NATO Allies and regional security partners to provide combat-credible forces to V Corps, America’s forward-deployed corps in Europe.
