Senior Master Sgt. Randee Eskew Frost, 741st Missile Squadron resources flight chief, enlisted in the U.S. Air Force as a missile and space facilities technician 17 years ago. Now, she leads the charge of six-dozen Airmen at Malmstrom Air Force Base who serve as part of Air Force Global Strike Command’s backbone for Minuteman III launch facilities and missile alert facilities throughout Montana. In this video she shares challenges she faced in her career and reflects on the selfless service women have dedicated to the nation since 1948. (U.S. Air Force video by Staff Sgt. Elora J.
