On Saturday October 22, the 372nd Quartermaster Battalion in a ceremony presided over by Col. Seth Pedersen, commander of the 77th Quartermaster Group, said farewell to Lt. Col. Scott Grimes.
Lt. Grimes has completed his tenure as the commander of the battalion. Lt. Col. Grimes was recognized by Col. Pedersen for his hard work and contributions to the unit during the ceremony at Hardin Field, Kirtland Air Force Base.
In his last official act as Battalion Commander, Lt. Col. Grimes welcomed a new Senior Enlisted Advisor, Command Sgt. Maj. Alicia Meacham.
Command Sgt. Maj. Meacham will join Lt. Col. Christopher Sanders as the new Battalion Command team.
Grimes' follow on assignment will be with the 364th Expeditionary Sustainment Command in Marysville, Washington.
