A Heritage Recognition Ceremony was held for the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Dependable (WMEC 626), April 9, 2024, in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The Heritage Recognition Ceremony celebrated the Dependable, its current and past crew members, and its accomplishments before it was placed in commission, special status.
