Pearl Harbor, Hawaii - Sailors from multiple countries race against each other in sea canoes as part of team building during Rim of the Pacific (RIMPAC) 20100. RIMPAC is a biennial international military exercise involving naval units from 14 countries and is designed to strengthen regional partnerships and improve multinational interoperability.
