U.S. and Republic of Korea Army Soldiers from across the Republic of South Korea participate in the Expert Infantryman, Soldier and Field Medical badges. On the first day of the event, Soldiers conducted a physical fitness test, land navigation, patrol and medical lanes. The purpose of the E3B is to create experts at all levels, across all organizations, increasing the readiness and lethality of teams, squads, and platoons throughout various units on the Korean peninsula. These events are the key enabler to molding the force into professionals, while stressing commitment to every Soldier's individual development. (U.S. Army Video by Sgt. Diego Figueroa and Spc. Bowden Drake-Deese, 20th Public Affairs Detachment)
