U.S. and Republic of Korea Army Soldiers from across South Korea participate in the Expert Infantryman, Soldier and Field Medical badges. Today is the final day of testing where they transitioned to Camp Humphreys to conduct their timed 12-mile ruck march followed by an M4 function check and an award ceremony for those who earned their expert badge.
The purpose of the E3B is to create experts at all levels, across all organizations, increasing the readiness and lethality of teams, squads, and platoons throughout various units on the Korean peninsula. Events such as the weapons lane are the key enabler to molding the force into professionals, while stressing commitment to every Soldier's individual development. (U.S. Army Video by Spc.
