Taishi Otono, an instructor with Japan Water Patrol and firefighters with Marine Corps Installations Pacific Fire and Emergency Services, facilitates rescue watercraft training on Camp Schwab, Okinawa, Japan, April 29, 2023. The course is being offered for the first time outside of Hawaii and contains the most advanced training available on technology and techniques for rescue watercraft vehicles.
