Airmen from the 134th Force Support Squadron train using the Expandable Single Pallet Expeditionary Kitchen or E-SPEK. They are one of only 22 units in the Air National Guard to receive this equipment, out of 92. The new E-SPEK took about an hour to set up and is able to feed up to 500 Airmen in an hour.
