U.S. Marines with 3rd Littoral Anti-Air Battalion, 3rd Marine Littoral Regiment, 3rd Marine Division, and Philippine Marines with Shore Based Air Defense Battalion, conduct convoy and ground-based air defense training during Balikatan 24 on Naval Station Leovigildo Gantioqui, Philippines, May 7, 2024. This was 3rd LAAB’s final training event of Balikatan 24 is an annual exercise between the Armed Forces of the Philippines and the U.S. military designed to strengthen bilateral interoperability, capabilities, trust, and cooperation built over decades of shared experiences.
