Richard Tempalski, chief of Headquarters Air Force Modeling and Simulation Office and Lt. Gen. Brian Robinson, commander of Air Education and Training Command hosted the 2024 Department of the Air Force Modeling and Simulation Summit in San Antonio, Texas, May 7-9, 2024. Training in a Digital World,” was the theme for the event with more than 700 attendees and about 30 exhibitors and six panel discussions. The summit provided a forum for sharing information and ideas and connected modeling and simulation professionals across the Department of Defense, industry, academia and international partners. The conference aligns with Air Force priority to “follow through” on the enterprise’s training transformation, as the United States Air Force officials collaborate with modeling and simulation experts to support the Air Force’s training mission more efficiently and effectively.
