North Carolina National Guard Soldiers tested their skills at the 2024 Spartan Games at Rocky Face Mountain Recreational Area & Salem Lake Park, on June 1 and 2, 2024. Spartans conducted vertical danger area training focusing on technical rappelling, traversing along fixed ropes, and going down cliff faces of over 100 feet.
