U.S. Marines with 4th Civil Affairs Group, Marine Forces Reserve have a conversation with a member of the United States Agency for International Development's (USAID) Disaster Assistance Response Team during Exercise CENTAM Guardian 24 Phase II in San Jose, Costa Rica, June 5, 2024.
