Electromagnetic Battle Management Joint (EMBM-J) is a joint program of record that enables U.S. military commanders to coordinate, synchronize, and integrate the usage of the electromagnetic spectrum (EMS) across the full range of military operations.
EMBM-J provides our combatant commands (CCMDS) and Joint Task Force Headquarters (JTF-HQ) Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations Cells (JEMSOCs) the ability to quickly receive, analyze, display, and securely distribute friendly, neutral, and adversary EMS information from foundational databases and processed data feeds that will enable commanders’ ability to plan, direct, monitor, and assess joint operations in the complex EMS operating environment.
