Rumble in the Deid is a biannual boxing match between 30 of the 379th Air Expeditionary Wing’s top athletes. Coaches from the 379th Expeditionary Force Support Squadron helped Airmen to train with 24/7 access to gym facilities, a variety of different exercise classes, and sparring lessons from experienced boxers.
