Montana National Guard soldiers and airmen combine for Operation Mountain Medic, a joint environment simulated mass causality training event on Sept. 13-15 at Fort Harrison, Mont. As the training progresses, more injuries are added to stress the medics' and providers' knowledge and resources.
This combined effort training helps to foster relationships across branches, with the 120th Medical Group, 120th Airlift Wing, and the 95th Troop Command, Medical Detachment working together to save (simulated) casualties.
