U.S. Marine participants in the Marine Forces Reserve Diversity AIMED Officer Program participate in a physical training, the Leadership Resource Course and the Tarzan course at Officer Candidate School, Marine Corps Base Quantico, Aug. 14, 2024. DAOP focuses on recognizing, mentoring, and developing enlisted Marines to become officers. The program's purpose is to assist Marines in visualizing a career as an officer, providing them with the necessary education and mentorship to make well-informed career decisions rooted in experience and data.
