U.S. Marines with Combat Logistics Battalion 31, 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit, conduct mass casualty training during a CLB-31 field exercise at Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan, Nov. 7, 2024. This training tested the responsiveness and coordination of medical personnel and their ability to treat numerous casualties at once.
