Utah National Soldiers assinged to the 1896th Quartermaster Platoon and students of the Salt Lake Community College Culinary Institute gather to compete as teams during the 2024 Veterans Day Culinary Competition at Sandy, Utah, Nov. 9, 2024. Participants exercised their cooking capabilities in a challenging and fast paced environment; the competition built stronger relationships between the Utah National Guard and the SLCC Culinary Institute.
