Adam Whisler, Space Base Delta 1 Guardian Resilience Team strength and conditioning specialist, discusses his role in developing and executing the physical and tactical challenges during the second annual Guardian Arena at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, Florida, Dec. 9, 2024. Thirty-five teams, comprised of United States Space Force Guardians, United States Air Force Airmen, and civilians, participated in the world’s largest Space Force competition.
