Fort Bliss held a ribbon cutting ceremony for the East Bliss Spoke Education Center on Feb 10, 2025, at the Robert Loeza Soldier Activity Center on East Bliss.
This new location is an extension of the education center, allowing soldiers to better access their educational benefits.
Col. Brendan Gallagher, garrison commander of Fort Bliss, shares how the center supports soldiers in accomplishing their professional or personal academic goals.
