Robert Garcia Jr., a native of California and a section leader with 3d Littoral Combat Team, 3d Marine Littoral Regiment, 3d Marine Division, gives an interview during a training exercise at Pohakuloa Training Area, Hawaii, Feb. 4, 2025.
