U.S. Marines with Marine Rotational Force – Darwin 25.3 play a friendly game of soccer with the senior men’s team of the Mindil Aces Football Club during a sporting event held in Darwin, Australia, March 29, 2025. The Club is one of the largest single code sporting clubs in Darwin that provides a welcoming, family-oriented environment for all to enjoy playing association football within the community. MRF-D is an annual six-month rotational deployment to enhance interoperability with the Australian Defence Force and allies and partners and provide a forward-postured crisis response force in the Indo-Pacific.
