    Topic 1: Introduction to BRIEF Communication.

    --Attention spans are shrinking and professionals are submerged in constant noise. Communicating effectively in this environment requires the discipline of brevity. It's a skill in high demand and low supply. In this keynote, participants will be introduced to the basics of the BRIEF methodology, including the art of headlining, how to use a BRIEF map and an introduction to the concept of trimming.

    Topic 2: Executive Summaries

    --Leaders are begging for brevity. They get frustrated and confused when it’s missing. In this module, participants learn to deliver effective executive summaries that provide 3-4 key points in a standard and logical order using the BRIEF Map.

    Topic 3: Email Communications.

    --Statistics say that more than 50% of emails are deleted in the first few seconds after they are opened. People spend enormous parts of their day in their inbox trying to filter out the noise and identify

    valuable messages. Participants will be introduced to the basics of concise writing by exploring common mistakes, discovering a few powerful tools and seeing before and after email examples and how the small screen can be a safe space for a concise message.
