    III Marine Expeditionary Force   

    U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Mitch Hoover, a crew chief with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 262 Reinforced, helps secure a Filipina woman and her daughter as they are airlifted from Tacloban Air Field on a MV-22B Osprey Nov. 16 during Operation Damayan.
