The U.S. 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19), back, participates in a search-and-rescue exercise with China's People's Liberation Army Navy (PLA(N)). Blue Ridge visited Qingdao to build partnerships with the PLA(N) during a goodwill port visit.
