Chief Petty Officer Billy Knox, builder, saws through two-by-four planks at the U.S. FISC Yokosuka Defense Fuel Support Point Hachinohem, Japan. Knox, and his crew of Seabees from Naval Facilities Engineering Command Far East Detachment Misawa, spent the day reinforcing the facility's fence area that was damaged by a tsunami just days prior.
