Radio Reconnaissance Instructional Program, team two, Marines from 3rd Radio Battalion empty salt water out of a boat they just finished paddling more than 1,500 meters into the ocean on March 14. The battalion has been working since the New Year to qualify in reconnaissance capabilities.
