Crews from the Coast Guard Cutter Halibut (WPB-87340), Forward Operating Base Point Mugu, Coast Guard Station Los Angeles-Long Beach and other local agencies responded to a boat fire in San Pedro Channel near San Pedro, California, Jan. 23, 2018.
