The view of a stream passing over a falls en route to a remote base camp in Thua Thien-Hue, Vietnam. The Joint POW/MIA Accounting Command recovery team deployed out of Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, for more than 35 days searching for evidence of two Americans listed as missing in action during the Vietnam War. Falling directly under the U.S. Pacific Command and employing more than 450 joint military and civilian personnel, JPAC continues its search for the more than 83,000 Americans still missing from past conflicts.
