about the new Student Naval Aviator Junior Officer Course (SNAJOC) in the Naval Aviation
Schools Command’s (NASC) auditorium onboard Naval Air Station Pensacola, Dec. 8, 2022.
Garvin and Brophy both spoke about the new SNAJOC course, designed as a unified effort
between NETC and CNATRA to better equip junior aviation officers for their first tour in the fleet.
NETC’s mission is to recruit, train and deliver those who serve our nation, taking them from
street-to-fleet by transforming civilians into highly skilled, operational and combat ready
