Senior Chief Petty Officer Laura Hedien, the leading chief petty officer for the U.S. Navy Reserve Usher Detachment, prepares her Sailors for a uniform inspection at Joint Base Acacostia-Bolling, Md., Jan. 18, 2013. The nearly 50 sailors came together from reserve units from across the globe to participate as ushers during the 57th Presidential Inauguration swearing-in ceremony scheduled for Jan. 21.
