U.S. Army 1st Lt. Nathaniel Anderson, A medical officer for the Fort Huachuca Raymond W. Bliss Army Health Center, conducts the head tilt chin lift method to check the airways of the casualty as a requirement for the Expert Field Medical Badge lanes on Camp Bullis, Texas, May 14, 2024. Both Medical Readiness Command, West and the U.S. Army Medical Center of Excellence host a joint week-long competition at Fort Sam Houston and Camp Bullis, giving the Soldiers the ability to qualify for the Expert Field Medical Badge and the German Armed Forces Proficiency Badge.
