    Two members of the Confederated Tribes of Coos, Lower Umpqua, and Siuslaw Indians attach their tribal flag to be flown for the first time over land returned to the tribes by the Coast Guard at a ceremony held on the lighthouse grounds southwest of Coos Bay, Ore., Aug. 3, 2013. Two Coast Guard members lowered and removed the Coast Guard ensign, which was then replaced by the Confederated Tribal flag, during a ceremony where approximately 24 acres of land, including the Cape Arago Lighthouse, were transferred to the tribes.
